Welcome to Fredericksburg SHRM

The Fredericksburg Regional Society for Human Resource Management is an affiliate of SHRM, the world's largest association devoted to human resource management. FRSHRM has more than 100 members who live or work in the Fredericksburg Region.  The localities are linked by the scenic Rappahannock River.  The chapter is a Superior Merit Award winner of SHRM and SHRM Foundation State Council Champion for 2007.  FRSHRM meets at noon on the second Thursday of the month.  The chapter provides career development and education through seminars, workshops and presentations as well as the opportunity to network with other HR professionals.
